Roger and Chris
Roger and Chris have been working together since 1998. Chris was a technician and trainer at The Computer Lab in New London. Many will remember this as the premier shop to purchase or service your Apple products. At the same time, Roger was the sole technician for a local school system and leaned heavily on Chris and his knowledge. When a position opened at the school system Roger encouraged Chris to join him. They worked as a team for the school system for about 8 years at which time they moved on together to join a technology consulting firm in New London. After 5 years helping that company succeed they decided to strike out on their own and opened Helpdesk Xpress, Jewett City's and eastern Connecticut's premier computer repair and technology consultants!
